I don’t have to go to work until 10 am and i have been sorta awake since about 6. I have passed my bike Skaro about 5 times this morning I can hear it calling me Mynkist get your lazy behind outside and ride me. I am taking this starting to ride a bike again very slowly I have a tendency to start riding too fast and burn out. this time i have a different tactic I am starting super slow. My thought is to slowly build up my endurance so i don’t injury myself and don’t burn out. i have rode more then twice the amount i did last year up to an amazing 373 miles that i have logged with my map my ride app . i want to at least be up to closer to 500 by the end of the year. I was using my cart to shop which i have stopped. i need to build back up to the 12 mile round trip ride to get my grocery. I want to be able to do that at least once a week. For now its a quick ride around the arroyo and maybe a little bit more.
